We moved apartments and this couch no longer fits. It is in almost-new condition; barely used, NO stains of ANY kind, and has been in a strictly non-smoking, no pets envirnment its whole life.
We got it new at Ikea for SGD 1599 plus SGD 65 delivery and SGD 159 assembly.
(total = SGD 1823), it's about 1 year old.
